Need window parts identified

A quick learner from Florida says:
Hello, I think these windows need a top holder. There are 2 windows which have a lot of side to side movement. Channels will fall out, wither staying at bottom (fixed when I reconnected the pulley) or stay at top of frame when sash is pulled back down. Top of channel, you can still see the plastic part stick up about 3/8

Thank you for your patience. It look like you will need to remove your top sash guide and compare it to our 18-009 black top sash guide. Depending on your balance shoe depth, you either would go with our S380-36 or S385-36 channel balance with a 3520 option. Get back to us and let us know how you made out.

Hello, how do I know which channel balance I need? They are the same width correct. I have attached a photo of the top sash guide out of the frame. It measures approx. 3/4

Thanks! See our 18-015, this looks like it could possibly work.
