Could you please help me identify what weatherstripping this is so I can replace the weatherstripping at 12 windows

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the seal shown in your photos, which appears to install with a round base. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
