I'm sorry, I'm not sure what it is you're looking for. I  just see a photo of the corner of your window. Can you specify what the part is? You mention that it holds the window up, which sounds like the balance. These are calibrated spring systems on either side of your window. If that's what you need, we'll need you to remove the balance from the window entirely and show us a photo of it by itself.
