broken track for sliding glass door

Question

The sliding glass door is a CertainTeed brand door in a home that was built in 2008. I spoke with a rep for CertainTeed and he referred me to Swisco for replacement parts. I want to replace the piece that I would describe as the cover for the track. The cover broke and the door cannot be opened. I would also like to replace several rollers on the door. Please advise how I can proceed.

I believe you are looking for the stainless steel track cover, like our 80-102. Review the dimensions below to see if it would be a good fit.

If the track itself is damaged, see the 80-106. Both the cover and track come in 6' lengths.
