The one in the pictures fell out of the window and I have 6 windows total to replace them in. All in various stages of failure. Some stuck at the top, some floating around in the channel. Please help me figure out what I need to order so I can get a handyman to replace them.

Hello there!
It looks like you have an extended travel channel balance. We can help but this will have to be a custom order due to the pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length ending in 7/8". For example, your metal channel should measure 26-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe.
Can you also confirm the exact number of balances you're looking to order?

Can you confirm the exact number of balances you need? I'm just not sure if you have top sashes that also need replacement balances so it is best we have the precise number.

12 please. It's just the bottom part that moves and I assume the one on each side would be the same.
