Can you please ID track shoe and spring. Sash weight is about 20 pounds.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe looks like a match to the 15-180 pivot shoe, which is designed to be used with the Series 190 coil springs. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours.

I would recommend using two S190-540 coils on each side to support a 20-pound sash. We also offer the 15-181 double support and 15-182 busing for this assembly. Thanks for posting!
