Compare to the 81-018 Tandem Roller. See if you think this matches. That bracket on top unfortunately is not available; you'll need to reuse your old one if possible.

What would I do if my currant one breaks? Any chance to replace the bracket somehow? I put a model you recomend but after couple of month it stoped to ajust.

I'm sorry to say that it's not possible for us to replace that bracket. My advice is to reuse it and be as careful with it as you can, because if it breaks there's nothing we can do to assist you. It's not available anymore.
