Looking at your photos reminds me of the 79-264 closer we offer. Take a closer look. This is a commercial door #4 used on exterior doors that are 36" wide. Get back to us and let us know if this part will work for you.

I'll measure the distance off the inside jamb and the holes on the closer. I want to find the correct one so I don't have to worry about the holes not working out and having to patch them. Thanks
