Pivot Shoe for Better-Bilt Window

A landlord says:
Need to clip that holds the window in so we can go up and down or till in or out I do not know if the other side has to have a slot in it or not but the picture is of the one clip that I have in the window

If by clip you mean the pivot bar that attaches to the bottom corner of the window sash and fits into the cam of that pivot shoe you show in your photos, we'd need to see an undamaged version of the pivot bar removed from the sash so we can see it and match it up with possible replacements; there's a lot of possible options otherwise. If you need to replace the pivot shoes, you'll have to remove them from the window and give us their width and thickness. If you need to replace the spiral balances, please remove them and give us the diameter and length of the outer tubes. Many thanks.

We've suggested the 15-118 in the past as a replacement for this old shoe. But go over the dimensions just to absolutely confirm it could work for you.
