Hello! There are sort of three steps to identifying a channel balance. First you pin down the Series, then you choose a length, and then finally you choose an "option."

From the information provided, I can tell you that the Series is either Series 380 or Series 385. The length, like you said, is 15", and the "1440" stamp is available as an option for most of our 15" balances. That just means we need to choose between the two Series.

To do that, measure your bottom shoe and choose which one (below) you have. If the shoe is 1", choose S380-15. If it's 1-3/32", choose S385-15.
