To Tim: I"m responding to your reply of 3/23 about my query. Attached are some pictures. I have more if you need them. I need a pair that can support more weight. The 4 pounds is inadequate and want the 5 pound. It is the largest width you have, 1/2" not 3/8". I thought i narrowed it down to 2 of your model numbers but was not quite sure. Can you help and if necessary, do you have a return policy? Thanks! Gary

Thanks for posting. This looks like our S390-27 balance, which comes with the 19-002 and 15-001 nylon attachments. Make sure those match before you make a decision.
I'm not sure what you mean when you reference 5 pounds and 4 pounds. Do you mean the 29 4 stamp? If so, that "4" is not a direct representation of how much weight your balance supports. Rather, it shows us that it can support a sash weight range of 19 through 26 pounds.
How heavy is your sash? If it falls within that range, then I recommend going with the 2940 option. If the spring is too strong then the balance may not work properly.
However, if your sash weight falls within 19 through 26 pounds, then you can move up to our 2650 option.
