I would like a keyed door handle for this sliding glass door. Currently, you can only lock it from the inside.

Hi Jeff. This looks like a handle set with 4-15/16" hole spacing. If so, our keyed 82-081 should work with this setup. Take a look and see what you think.

Sure, as long as your old mortise lock and keeper are in good condition then I see no reason why they can't be reused. They should be fully compatible with the 82-081 set.
