This is a Weathershield crank out

I don't think the bars are bad. When you close the window it does close on the side where the locks are. But the left side where there is no locks and it would be on the hinges if you had the window open does not draw close in too close or seal the window. It looks like that little piece down below may be broke. I cannot determine at this time if it is or not. Sorry for the dusty mess as I have had this window permanently closed for years
