This is a bottom window balance clip

Question

This is for an aluminum window. This piece goes in on the bottom of the window corner to hold the balance in place. It looks like the end of the balance clips in there and it keep the balance in place and from falling out of the window frame. It has a white plastic piece that it seems goes around it. if you can't find this piece but know of another clip it would be great. Thanks

We may be able to help, but we will need a bit more information. First, can you give me the dimensions of this metal clip? I would also like to know the diameter of the balance tube and a picture of the window sash. This information will help us find what you need.
