This is a turn latch for a Harvey window screen.

This part fits in a small hole on both sides of the window screen to keep the screen from bulging out in the middlfe.

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid we do not carry this exact Harvey screen clip and it is likely no longer made. You may be able to use the 70-026 Turn Clip as a substitute, but it may require some small modifications to the frame to get it to work. To install the 70-026, you'll need the 33-005 #44 Pop Rivet. You may also need the 75-012S Professional Rivet Tool.

Depending on the size of the hole that your original clip fits into, you may need to drill a new hole in the screen frame to install this. Take a look at the video tutorial below for an idea on how to do so. It details how to install a different clip, but the process would still be the same. Let us know if you have further questions.
