The diameteof the screw cap is 11/16".
The only branding I can find, is the word 'Alliance 522N' on the top bracket that receives this screw.

Take a look at our 23-309 pivot bracket used on Alliance series 500 doors and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Unfortunately, the screw is not available seprately. Thanks for posting!
