Unforutnately, I believe the Row hardware shown in your photos is no longer available. With that being said, we've related some parts on this page for you to consider. Take a look at the three types of operators, along with the related track to see which would work best for your window. 

As for the hinges, take a look at the 36-004-10 style offered in multiple lengths. As for the lock, it might be best to use the 38-075 sash lock. Look at all the suggested hardware, along with the related videos to assist you. If you are not comfortable adapting these parts to your window, you might want the help of a professional.
