This is for a narrowing 200 series

Need a sash balance for this part number, picture shows both sides. I can not find the 3 digit number that most people are referencing but the home was built in 1986. It is a 3 pane wide cottage style where the top window is smaller than the bottom. It measures about 32" across by 64" long, that's a rough measurement.
