We do have a solution that would work for you. You will need to use our 32-053 track kit along with the 32-076 Kenlin Case Runner and 32-081 Kenlin Socket. Review the video below for instructions on how to retrofit these parts and let us know if you have any questions. 

Please note, we are unable to provide an exact replacement for the hardware you have pictured. These are the socket and case runner for the Kenlin, Rite Trak II system. They are not available for resale, so you will need to contact your drawer manufacturer to inquire about securing a replacement, if you are looking for those specifically.
