Hello!

Check out the 39-329 and 39-330 Roto operators. The 39-232 is the compatible handle. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.

For the hinge, see if the specifications of the 36-048 match up. You'll just want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

What is the rusted broken piece that goes from the bottom of the window to the window seal? It looks like there is or was an additional piece that I need to consider purchasing?

That is part of the hinge. The 36-048 may be what you're looking for. I recommend you look over our dimensions to see how they compare with yours.
