This is the locking mechanism on a casement window

Question

I'm looking for the locking mechanism on my basement windows. It comes in two parts - 1) the locking arm that sits behind a molding and provides the anchor for the hooks on the window and 2) the actuator lever that locks and unlocks the mechanism.

In the photos the long piece is the locking arm and the smaller piece is the actuator.

I need both parts. It might be only a single part but since mine is broken, I can't tell.

I believe that the windows are Milguard circa 2004.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks like you need a new multi point lock system by Truth, whose parts are used on many different window brands, including Milgard. I'd be happy to look into this for you, but before we can research any further I'd like you to tell me the length of the tie bar itself. Would that be possible?

Once we have that, we'll be better able to look into the available options. I may ask for more information depending on what those options are, but we can cross that bridge when (or if) we get there.
