This is the part I need

Question

Just recently purchased my house and the window locks aren't working well. Ive provided a picture of the lock,  i'm not sure what it is called or the name of the windows. This part is used to slide over to pull the window back and forth to clean it. I hope someone can help me out   Thanks, Carl
