This is the pivot shoe I need

I tried to take measurements while in use, came up 2"x1"x1/2" thick if you could help with the replacement I need would be helpful. Many of existing one have broken...thanks

Hey Don. This looks similar to the 15-231 Pivot Shoe, but I highly advise removing your old shoe from the window to get as accurate a reading of the measurements as possible. See if it matches what we show below.

I have removed one of pivot shoes to get a better look and more accurate measurement, and does look like 1 1/4 wide and 9/16 thick so I do believe your initial part recommended would be the correct one, but before placing an order I need to determine how many I will need plus possible additional parts

Yep, certainly looks like the 15-231 to me, and if the width and thickness match you should be good to go. Let me know if you have any questions about other parts you may end up needing.
