This is the roller pin and insert. It measures 1 1/2 in by 1 1/8 in on top and plastic guide is 3/8 and the pin is 1/4 in.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have the top pin guide, the 23-122. However, we don't sell the plastic insert housing. I'm afraid we aren't sure who might.
