This is what is on door. I need to replace on other door. I can't unlock the other door.

Had two other doors mechanism replaced last year. The person that did the work and ordered the parts is no longer working.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style of the 82-227 mortise lock and the 82-087 keyed handle set. The handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Please review all dimensions and let us know what you think! 

If the door is locked shut, you may need to get a locksmith involved. Please let us know if you have any questions.
