This lock isn't working to latch.

I am familiar with this handle set, though it is unfortunately not a product that we sell. Instead, you may be able to use our 82-030 as an alternative. The design may look very different but I've been told by many customers in the past that it works well.

You'll note right away that the thumb lever is centered between the installation holes, rather than offset above the handle like your original. While this may seem like a deal-breaker they actually should still work the same way; your thumb lever attaches to a small arm that reaches down the handle base and more or less aligns with where our thumb lever would be located. That may be something you want to check just to be 100% sure of, though.
