Thanks for your post! This patio door handle set can be replaced with the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. This set comes with a new set of compatible keys. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the replacement you need.

The internal lock for this handle set is sold separately. If you are looking to replace it, I will need to see a photo of that as well.
