This opens a older wood window that opens from the bottom of the windows and swings outward

We unfortunately don't sell a skylight window operator that matches what you show here. The best option we have is our 39-379. This also uses a chain, like your original, but the base is obviously much, much larger. I can't be sure that this will replace your original but if you're handy then it may be worth considering.
