This part from my Kinro window

I am looking for this part. I don't have one on the other side on my Kinro window. I know that the channel balance needs this part in order for my window to work. Can you help? I Donny want to replace the whole window if I don't have to.

This looks like a 62-106 terminal cord clip. However, when the clip breaks, it's usually a sign that the whole balance is on its way out the door. Are you sure you don't need a complete balance system, like our Series 385?

Does the complete balance system come with everything I need or would I just order all of the parts separately?
