I could not find any names on the windows or the latches.
Latch length is 3 1/2 in.
Screw centers 2 5/8 in.
This part holds the top of window in the track.

Take a look at the 26-193 and 26-194 tilt latches. These also measure 2-5/8" on the installation hole centers. Review the rest of the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.
