I believe these come in a set. This part is on a Pozzi window installed in 2002.
This is a picture of the bottom portion of the window (flipped over for the picture).

Hello! Looks like you need a new casement window hinge. There's a good chance yours isn't made anymore, but I feel pretty confident that our 36-048 can replace it. You just have to replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
