This part to hold the cable is what I need

Hello there. By cable, do you mean that spiral rod? If so, and if you're referring to the part it clips into and from which the window tilts, that's called a pivot shoe. I'm confident we can replace it for you, but there's loads of different kinds that might be what your window needs. We will need you to remove an undamaged one and send us a picture, as well as tell us its width and thickness. From there we should be able to narrow htis down for you.
