I actually had these rollers repaired about 2 years ago. And it cost $150. But I think they're ten bucks each and I have a screw gun.

I personally think it's product code 81-143. And if it is I would like to know if you would suggest nylon or Steel.

Thanks for posting! I agree, our 81-143 looks like a good match. As for whether you should go with nylon or steel, it's really up to you. If your door is particularly heavy, then a steel roller may be better. However steel rollers can be a little rougher on tracks, plus they corrode in a salt air environment.
