This spring style piece is broken and the top window falls.

I need to order the right part to replace the broken one on the window.

We should be able to supply this coil balance system, but before I recommend anything I'd like to see a photo of the pivot shoe that the springs attach to. Once I see that, I should be able to extrapolate everything else you have. Let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
