I'm afraid we do not have a suitable replacement for the awning window operator you have here. While there are a few that function in the same manner, their bases are much different and would not work in place of your operators.

If you know who they manufacturer is and they are still in business, I would suggest reaching out to them to discuss what you replacement options might be.
