This is the only thing that holds this Crank Out Window (casement) together, it has fins on the out edges of the wedge which make grove into the wood frame.

Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement for this wedge piece. Based on the age of the window, there's a good chance that this part isn't made anymore. I'm not sure who may have something this old, unfortunately. I'm sorry that we cannot be of more help.
