Thomasville 1985 entertainment center cabinet door hinge broke

Looking for a replacement hinge for my Thomasville 1985 entertainment center. Right cabinet hinge door broke on TV cabinet repurposed as device charging station, markings:

Great piece of loved furniture that has been repurposed to a device changing station and Kayak storage. I now live in a high rise condo. As long as kayaks are attached to roof of my subaru I can store in underground parking garage, otherwise they are stored on top of this great piece of furniture in my minamalist small living space. I need a replacement hinge, maybe 4 "just in case". This Thomasville entertainment center has survived 7 moves in 4 different states in my life.
