We do not carry these center-mounted drawer tracks separately but take a look at the 32-053 track kit, which would replace all of the necessary hardware. See the related video showing the installation process. Thanks for posting!

Correct. The video below shows all of the parts that come with the 32-053 kit and how they're installed. If needed, the track can be cut down to size using a hacksaw like the 75-023A. 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the track kit. The track would be installed in the dresser opening, while the guide attaches directly to the back of the drawer. The guide rides on the track and keeps the drawer aligned as shown in the installation video. Could you elaborate on the problem you're having and which part you believe is missing?

The replacement track kit uses a guide instead of an upper track like your original. You would need to be able to adapt this guide to the drawer as shown in the installation video. Take a look and let us know if you have any additional questions.
