Three window parts needed

Contractor from Maple Grove, MN
Attached is what is probably a warranty sticker for the windows for which we need parts, as well as pics of the three parts we need. I have named the parts according to function. The windows are vinyl double-hung windows.

1) The window actuator (round steel part with square hole into which the window fits and allows the window to tilt in for cleaning.

2) Window guide. Spring loaded triangle that can be drawn in to allow the window to tilt into the room or released to hold the window in vertical position.

3) Window guide release. Plastic sliding release lever located on either side of the top of each lower window sash that connects to the window guide and allows you to pull the guide into the window frame to release the window out of the track.

Also included a pics of the window hardware for reference.

For the broken metal center cam, you will need to replace the complete pivot shoe. I recommend our 15-188. For the tilt latch, you may be better off substituting with a surface mount tilt latch. These are different than the others in that they just screw on. We have a video tutorial that shows how we do this. We find it to be an easier solution for sashes like yours. Let me know what you think!
