Threshold glazing for Premdor Oakcraft in swing entry door

Hello, my front door threshold sill glazing/weather stripping disintegrated and i have not been able to find replacement locally. I wanted to ask if by any chance you may be able to recommend a product from your inventory that i could use. Attached is a photo of the door sill. Unfortunately i no longer have the glazing that was there, it was T shaped with the leg being inserted into the groove. As you can see the weather stripping on this door is not great and if there are other products i should use i would love to know. Door is Premdor Oakcraft fiberglass door, in swing.
