Hi. I'm trying to replace this weatherstripping from the threshold of glass French doors made by Milgard.

Our 58-056E foam seal looks very similar to your original. Look this product over and see if you could use this on your door. It lacks that additional flap on the bottom but I'm hoping that won't matter.

Is this a rubber product? It looks close to the weatherstrip I have that has worn out from traffic and a sagging door. Does it snap into the base of the threshold?

The 58-056E is vinyl and foam. It doesn't snap into the door, but rather the kerf pushes into a thin slot. Based on the design of your original, it appears to install the same way, but that's something you ought to check before you buy anything.
