Threshold weatherstripping

Question

The weatherstripping on our threshold is rotting away. It is a Pella door but the part is on the threshold. Any ideas?

This looks like it might have the shape of a Foam Seal like our 58-201 or 58-056E. These mount via kerfs. It's a bit difficult to tell from this sample if that's the case with your weatherstripping, so I'd extract another sample to confirm if either of these are the right match for you.
