Thanks for your post!  We have the 82-107 Sliding Door Latch Lever Kit but it is only available in white. Your patio door handle appears to be made in a satin nickel finish. If you would prefer to stick with that color, we do have the 82-090 Legacy Handle Set. 

The 82-089 is the same handle, available in a few different finishes; they can be viewed on the website.
