Thumb latch for Andersen patio door

A quick learner from Lewes DE says:
The thumb latch broke on this door. What parts do I need? Does the entire assembly (both doors) need to be replaced or just the latch?

Hi there- thanks for posting!

Take a look at our 82-043 Andersen Tribeca Thumb Latch. This should replace your broken latch just fine. Typically, the reason why the thumb latch breaks is due to the mortise also needing to be replaced. I want you to carefully compare your mortise to our 82-242 assembly. This looks really close to what you have, but I would compare all the measurements and dimensions to be certain before purchasing.

If it differs at all, please get back to us.
