Tie Bar Clip for my Crestline Window

The tie bar clips broke on another of the 2003 Crestline Vinyl Crest windows. Do you have the part for this? For some reason the photos won't load. @2" tall, 1 1/2" wide, @5/8" deep. Vinyl material, "wings" on top and bottom, 4 screw holes, extension "prongs" which hold it away from window a bit. Thanks.
