Tie Bar Clips

I need to replace some tie bar clips on several windows, and am having difficulty tracking down correct hardware.  The windows don't have any stamps or labels telling me a brand, model number, or anything, nor do the clips themselves.  I have attached several pictures showing what we have.  The outside holes are used on the existing clips, and are 1 3/16" apart, measured at the center of the holes. The outside of the holes measures 1 1/2".
