Tie Bar Part

Can you tell me what part this is that's on the window and is used to lock the window with the tie bar.

The part you show in your photos looks to be some sort of window lock keeper. I could not find a good match, though. Would it be possible to see some photos of the part it interacts with? Maybe then we can identify it and see if it is still available.
