Looking for the grey metal part on the tie bar that has sheared off but not sure what it is called - please advise.

We have come across this lock in the past and, unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match. With that being said, please see our 38-090 SilverLine Casement Locking Handle. Look over the specifications and see if you might be able to adapt this to work for your application. Thanks for posting!
