The picture is the lower part. I dont see one on your website that matches. The ID number stamped on it is 27HD. It is a spring loaded balancer.

I can't say for sure without seeing your hardware removed from the window but your pivot shoe resembles our 15-167 or 15-179, depending on the dimensions. These pivot shoes are compatible with our S770 channel balance. Take a look and see if these parts might work for you. Thank you!
