Tilt Block and Tackle window replacement parts

Question

I'm renovation a house build around the year 2000. I have two windows that are not working properly; only one side is complete with block and tackle balance rods, sash pivot bars intack, and hooked up to a functional pivot shoe that is attached to the the block and tackle balance rod.
I would like to purchase some replacement pivot shoes, pivot bars, and a few balance rods with the hook attached. When I was working with one of the balace rods, I tried to straighten out the attached clip and it came off, so I assume I need to purchase a whole new rod with the clip attached. I have seen the clip sold separately, but I have no idea how I would attached it.
Also, I need at least one screw that that screws into the window frame that holds the balance rod up. I don't have a photo of one of these screws but I can get one sent later.

Unfortunately, this pivot bar has been discontinued but the 26-241 has been recommended as a possible replacement. Review the specifications below and see what you think.
